Ephraim Vacation Home Rental

Book a week at The Beach and you’ll find yourself and your family in one of the most conveniently-located rentals in all of Door County. Ephraim’s public sand beach is directly across the street from this former retail store turned home. With two bedrooms on the main floor and an upper sleeping loft, this rental lodges a family of six quite nicely. The kitchen is spacious enough to cook all your meals in; but, with Door County favorites like Wilson’s Ice Cream Parlor, Czarnuska Soup Bar, and the Chef’s Hat all within easy walking distance, you will have plenty of other options! If a rainy day hits during your stay, there is ample space to spread out indoors: an enclosed porch spanning the length of one side of the home is ideal for board games or reading and the great room with its beautiful stone fireplace and cozy couches is the perfect place for an afternoon nap.

You won’t need to use your car to enjoy your stay, but if you decide to explore the surrounding areas, the Ephraim entrance to Peninsula State Park is less than five minutes away. (You could also bike or walk there, though there is a significant hill along the way!) The Park’s golf course, driving range, and new (opened in 2014) six hole learning course are all convenient to this entrance, as is the popular Northern Sky Theater (formerly AFT). Sister Bay & Fish Creek are both less than five miles away, with even more dining options, bars (if that’s your style), and shopping! Floor Plan Description

You’ll go up a few steps & enter into an interior porch that spans the entire side of the house.  It has a seating area near the door and a breakfast nook near the back.  The rest of the house is to your right; the first doorway opens into a beautiful great room.  The loft at the back of the great room is a bedroom with two twin beds.  The hallway off the back of the great room opens to the kitchen, which also has an entrance to the porch directly into the breakfast nook.  A full bath, utility room with washer/dryer, bedroom with two twin beds, and master bedroom with queen bed are all off the back hallway.
