Door County Property Management has a staff member on call at all times. Call our office at (920) 854-4865 first. Outside normal business hours, call the on-call number provided in the office voicemail message.
If no one answers, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Door County Property Management does not guarantee that firewood will be available at your rental. Some property owners provide it, but the supply may run out before your stay.
If you need firewood, purchase it after arriving in Door County because Wisconsin restricts the transportation of firewood. Firewood is available at many roadside stands and local convenience stores.
We cannot guarantee that a specific pan, pot, baking dish, or other kitchen item will be available. Even if an item was previously at the property, it may have been damaged or removed.
If you need a particular item, please bring it with you or plan to use what is available. Property owners are asked to provide enough cookware and dishware for the home’s maximum occupancy.
After Door County Property Management receives your final payment, we will email the property address, directions, and lockbox code according to the terms of your rental agreement. Lockboxes are located at the rental property, usually near the front door.
Door County Property Management accepts personal checks, business checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, cash, and credit cards.
Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted during the peak rental season. At other times of the year, contact Door County Property Management no sooner than five days before your reservation.
Requests are not guaranteed and depend on nearby reservations and housekeeping availability.
Your vacation rental includes bath towels and bed linens at no additional charge. If the rental has a washer and dryer, please wash the towels before departure. Bed linens may be left on the beds.
