Welcome to Eagle Bluff.
A private and well-maintained home in a residential neighborhood in Door County, situated high on a bluff overlooking White Cliff Road and Door County Land Trust, with 180 degree views of Green Bay and tiered decks to take full advantage of the home’s location.
Located in a secluded neighborhood and surrounded by mature trees and nature, the house is centrally located: only a 5-minute drive to downtown Egg Harbor and the marina, 10 minutes to Fish Creek, and 30 minutes to Sister Bay and Sturgeon Bay. We are close to everything while providing some separation from the hustle of town. The house is nicely appointed, with 4 bedrooms (2 king bed rooms and 2 queen bed rooms), and 3 full bathrooms, with one master suite. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing dinner from Main Street Market or use the grill on the deck to prepare freshly caught fish or steaks from Waseda Farms. A large open concept top floor has a family room, kitchen, and dining area. The centerpiece of the room is a gorgeous river stone fireplace for cold nights, and the huge couch is great for unwinding after a day on the water or night in with the kids. A big screen tv and DVD player along with the puzzle/game table (fully stocked with puzzles, games, and books) can provide entertainment if the weather is not agreeable or people want to spend some time at home.

A beautiful home located on a private and quiet residential street, yet walking distance to shops, galleries, restaurants, the beach, Peninsula State Park and the Door County Auditorium.
This beautifully decorated home features 3 bedrooms and a loft, 2 full baths(one with a two person whirlpool tub), and a large stone fireplace. All rooms are air-conditioned. There is a large screen TV in the living room and smaller TVs in the loft and primary bedrooms. There is also a great sound system and plenty of CD’s. The dining room opens to a lovely rear deck complete with table and chairs for outside dining, propane grill and a firepit.
