The Apple Orchard House is a 2020 new construction home built in the modern farmhouse style, located just 2 miles south of Fish Creek, and 3.5 miles north or Egg Harbor in the heart of Door County Wisconsin vacation land. Our home sits on a 15 acre old growth apple orchard. The land is a mix of fields, woods and orchards with a private hiking trail to explore. We have no neighbors so all the privacy you need, yet close to town. Guests can walk country roads 1 mile to Peninsula Players Theater to watch the sunset, or ride your bikes on back roads (Cottage Row) into The iconic harbor village of Fish Creek for dinner, shopping or the beach.
The home can sleep 10 people in beds with 4 bedrooms with 2 bedrooms on the main level. There is a king in one bedroom and a queen in the other. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have one bedroom with 2 sets of bunks: Twin/Twin, and Twin over Full. The second upstairs bedroom has 2 twin size log beds. 4 of our beds are new memory foam mattresses (King, Queen, & the 2 twin log beds. Both floors have bathrooms, The first level has a full bathroom with a tub/shower, while the upstairs is a three-quarter bath with a custom tiled shower.
The farmhouse features both a sunrise and sunset covered porch on each side of the house. Enjoy your morning coffee on our sunrise porch on the backside of the home, and have cocktails on our sunset porch on the front side of this farmhouse. There are Smart TVs in the living room and king bedroom to stream your media. We now have T-Mobile 5G internet service with WiFi in the house. There is a fire pit outside.
We are located within 5 miles of five golf courses and many shops, restaurants, taverns, beaches and parks.

Enter from the front porch into an open concept space consisting of the living room, dining area and the kitchen towards the back of the home. Just to your right is a King bedroom followed by a short hallway with a bathroom and then a Queen bedroom. Towards the back of the kitchen are the stairs leading to the second floor. Once on the second floor landing to your left there is a bedroom with two bunkbeds consisting of three twins and a full. To the right is a bedroom with two twin beds, and there is a bathroom between the two upstairs bedrooms.
