There is a loft with a couch and futon, TV and DVD player, and space for doing puzzles and playing board games. There is a game room with a wet bar. Relax on the screened-in porch or on the wrap-around balcony. On the lower level behind the house there is a patio with a picnic table and fire pit. The home is air-conditioned, has central heating and is fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes a dishwasher. Satellite TV, Wifi and a land-line telephone are included. The house sleeps 11. Parking is easy with the long private driveway.

Nearby places include Ellison Bay, which boasts several parks, restaurants and a public beach with concessions. Newport State Park is a short drive away. Gill’s Rock and the ferry to Washington Island are close as well. Floor Plan Description

Enter through side door on left side of the home into the laundry/mudroom. Master Bedroom with En Suite bathroom just to the left. Taking a right leads you to the kitchen with dining area to the left. Straight ahead leads you to the second queen bedroom. Through the dining area is access to the basement and the living room. Basement leads into game room and wet bar. Just past the wet bar is the third bedroom with a queen bed and 3 twins. Sliding glass doors in the basement also lead onto the back porch. From the living room sliding glass doors lead onto the side porch with stairs leading to the back porch. The living room also accesses the screened in front porch and the loft with futon.
