As the name implies, Brenner Tower is a three-story cylindrical tower; each floor is essentially one “room” of the house. You’ll enter into the family room, with flatscreen TV and sleeper sofa (Full bed). There is a powder room located on this level. The curved stairwell hugs the stone wall; the second floor is the bedroom, with Queen-sized bed and a built in and cleverly-constructed desk. The bathroom is tucked behind the bed; enter the shower stall from one side and the powder room from the other! The third floor is the kitchen/dining room level. There is a table with seating for five, window benches, 365-degree windows, and a gas fireplace. The appliances all fit seamlessly with the granite countertops; instead of one large refrigerator, two smaller ones are used so as not to obscure the views.
