Relax in the first floor living room reading a good book, watching a movie, or just looking out the floor to ceiling windows. Awake refreshed in the second story bedroom filled with light. Read from the books within the wall (yup) or write (letter, poem, short story, journal…) from the desk tucked behind a wall. Take in 360 degrees of views from the third story as you enjoy the simple pleasure of making a meal in the fully appointed kitchen, complete with granite counter tops and fireplace.

Surrounded by natural elements of stone and wood within and continual views of the area’s natural beauty outside, it is impossible not to be more aware of and in sync with nature’s rhythms. Whatever time of year you visit you’re guaranteed to leave refreshed. Special memories and rejuvenation await.

Floor Plan Description

As the name implies, Brenner Tower is a three-story cylindrical tower; each floor is essentially one “room” of the house.  You’ll enter into the family room, with flatscreen TV and sleeper sofa (Full bed).  There is a powder room located on this level.  The curved stairwell hugs the stone wall; the second floor is the bedroom, with Queen-sized bed and a built in and cleverly-constructed desk.  The bathroom is tucked behind the bed; enter the shower stall from one side and the powder room from the other!  The third floor is the kitchen/dining room level.  There is a table with seating for five, window benches, 365-degree windows, and a gas fireplace.  The appliances all fit seamlessly with the granite countertops; instead of one large refrigerator, two smaller ones are used so as not to obscure the views.
