Layout:
The front door opens into a small living room with fireplace and a small den off to the right. To the left you cross through the kitchen which flows into a dining area and then a larger living room complete with wet bar. Opposite the kitchen is a full bathroom and King bedroom. Access to the bayside facing porch is at either side of the kitchen. Opposite the large living room is a short hallway with mudroom, full bathroom and laundry room. Off of this hallway are the steps to the upper level. The upper level has 4 bedrooms facing the lake , two on each side of the home and both with full bathrooms across the hall. This hallway also has a laundry area. On the street side of the home is a walkthrough full bathroom leading into the bunk room which is accessible from both the north and south side of the room.
