Floor Plan Description
The main floor has a circular floor plan – you’ll enter into the dining room with seating for six. The kitchen is straight ahead and has an exit to the back porch, a breakfast nook, and an island with stools. Turn right from the kitchen and you’re in a back hallway with a full bathroom to the left with a washer/dryer. The hallway ends in a bedroom with queen bed that also has an entrance to the living room. From the front door, the living room is at your right with an entrance to a sunroom on the road side of the house. Stairs on your left adjacent to the main floor bedroom door bring you to the second floor where there are two bedrooms with two twin beds each and a half bath. One of the 2nd floor bedrooms has a private patio.
