Floorplan layout:
The front door of the home, across from the garage, brings you up three steps into the living room with a wall of windows to your left looking out over the bay. The living room also features a full futon for sleeping and/or lounging. To the right is the dining area followed by the kitchen. Under the stairs to the upper floor on the left is a half bath. To the rear of the kitchen is a screened in three season porch. Up the stairs brings to to a landing with a full bathroom with laundry on the right. The master bedroom with queen bed is also to the right. On the left is the second bedroom with a full bed and twin bunks.
The garage to the left of the home is also features bikes, paddleboards and kayaks for your use. These items are as is and we cannot guarantee condition. There is also a lounge area to the rear of the garage with a glass fronted overhead door leading onto a porch with grills that looks out over the bay. Perfect for enjoying the great sunsets, a barbeque or just to relax in either the shade or sun.
