The front door opens into a short hallway that leads to the upstairs loft to the right and into the open concept kitchen and great room; island seating as well a dining table with bench and free seating. Straight ahead is a wall of ‘floor to ceiling’ windows overlooking the lake and landscape local to the area. Multiple seating areas focus on either the grandiose fireplace or the sizeable television perfect for movie night!
The Owner’s suite is on the south side of the house and the sunroom bedroom is to the north, both with plenty of windows looking east to beautiful Lake Michigan.  Upstairs is a cozy loft seating area perfect for reading or quite time.  The loft area overlooks the great room and the same picturesque view to the east.  The loft bedroom is furnished with two queen beds, a full bath and roomy closet space.

Accessed through a private entrance with stairs leading up to a fully equipped kitchen, family room, bed room and full bath.  To the south is a patio over-looking the main house, backyard and lake.
