The Orchards Golf House

This new construction Modern Farmhouse Style home has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, plus a loft and will sleep 12 people in beds. The main level of the home feature a huge open concept kitchen to living room that flows south onto a large covered porch overlooking the 9th fairway of The Orchards golf course. The main floor also has the primary bedroom with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. The second floor has 3 more bedrooms and 2 baths. At the top of the stairs you will find a inviting loft area for movies and reading. The “Garage” is a recreation room with ping pong and foosball tables, and a glass garage door for plenty of light. Outdoors you will find a covered porch with a dining table for 6, Adirondack chairs and a sofa. In the backyard enjoy a fire pit with 8 chairs (bring you own wood).  The home is a 1 minute walk to The Orchards Clubhouse with 18 holes, locker rooms, full bar, lounge, a deck for lunch or a Friday night fish fry! The home is less than a 2 mile walk or bike ride into Egg Harbor with shopping, restaurants, breweries, the public beach and marina with boat launch.

We just returned from a stay at the Orchards Golf House with our children and grandchildren. We do a family vacation annually in Door County & have done so for several years so are very familiar with the area and available rental properties. This house was an absolute great find! We were a party of 10 and everyone had their privacy & great sleeping accommodations. The house is very well stocked with upscale kitchen items, nice glassware & towels and the outside back patio actually extends the living area with comfy furniture & dining area. The inside dining room table was huge and for once we didn’t have to eat in shifts – the table could house all 10 0f us. This is a new smaller housing area with a quick walk to the Orchard clubhouse. Definitely worth the stay!

Fantastic place for a larger family traveling with kids. The outdoor and recreational space was perfect for kids to run around and play in. Plenty of towels for multiple guests. The kitchen was truly the heart of the home and large enough to accommodate meals at the large family style table. Large counter space on the kitchen island also served a dual purpose of meal prep and meals at the bar. Such a perfect house. Thanks so much!

Our group of ten loved this property! When in door county you can really stay in any town and be happy, but we loved the proximity to everything here in Egg Harbor. The home was super clean and had way more amenities than listed including bean bag toss, plenty of soaps, cleaning supplies, toilet paper etc. We brought a lot of things we didn’t need and we’re pleasantly surprised that everything was there. The location was beautiful and easy to find and the game room and extra loft area was a hit with the kids! We will definitely rent again!

The Golf House was perfect for our family Christmas. The location is great: close to town but far enough out to feel private. The kitchen/dining area is nicely appointed and perfect for family dinners. The large table is great for game night. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. What we liked best was the recreation area in the garage. We had so much fun playing foosball and ping pong and the little kids loved to be able to run around and play.
