Kulma Cottage #2 – 3 bedroom

Three log cottages in the beautiful village of Ephraim. Our cottages are situated in a forest glen for your complete privacy. There is a big yard, picnic benches and grills. Quiet roads for biking and hiking are nearby. The cottages are tastefully decorated housekeeping units with well-equipped kitchens. Color TV, Cable, VCR and DVD players are provided. There are screened porches & outdoor decks.

Ephraim is a charming historic village, centrally located in Door County. We are near boating, fishing, golfing, art galleries, and Peninsula State Park.

The bay is just a block away and a large public beach is just a short distance further. Downtown Ephraim with boat rental at Eagle Harbor and Wilson’s Ice Cream Parlor is a short walk away.  Leroy’s Coffee Shop is just around the corner.

All stays less than 1 week or overlapping designated turnover day during peak season are subject to approval.

* Kulma cottage #2 is located on the same property as Kulma #1 and Kulma #3.  All three can be rented together to accomodate large groups up to 18 people.

Floor Plan Description

First enter into a screen porch at ground level, then to the open plan living/dining/kitchen with sleeper sofa.  The downstairs has a half bath.  There is also a back door to the kitchen.  Upstairs, you’ll find a small back patio, a bedroom with queen bed, a full bathroom (stall shower only), and two bedrooms with two twin beds each.
